Spanish "doctored" steak sauce

This recipe came about as a shortcut to making my own steak sauce. Bottled sauce can be bland, but I have struggled to get the right consistency with going 100% from scratch. This is a good, half homemade, half scratch sauce that brings steak to a more "gourmet" level. I use Texas Chipotle steak sauce that I find at Central Market. Heinz 57 with a few dashes of Tabasco is a fair substitute. A1 steak sauce does not work well here. I use an immersion blender to blend.

1/3 bottle Texas Chipotle steak sauce
1 roasted bell pepper, seeded and skin removed
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 Tbl sherry

Blend all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
